The deadline for mailing is the Saturday prior to the show.
The deadline for scanning and emailing is the Monday prior to the show.
The form shows legal size, but your print page should have a "scale to size" box.
It is also ok to leave the section with the fees off when mailing.**
Suggestion:  Make a copy for yourself and bring it to the show.
